Purpose

Rococò Restaurant uses the website and the social technological platforms below ("Social Media") with general interest purposes to communicate with users through the network, give access to services provided and promote its activities. The social pages/channels are also used by the Owner to encourage participation, discussion, and dialogue with users with a view to transparency and sharing.

The company site Rococo Restaurant offers gateways to some Social Media said services, provide comment areas, message boards and public forums. Content is posted by users and may include: communications about the activities and services provided by the Owner, information about projects in progress, social initiatives, images and videos related to events organized by the Owner itself. On the various pages/channels of said platforms are activated services for responding to requests for information and assistance. Comments, questions, criticisms and suggestions posed by users are also collected. By using Social Media the user accepts the fact that the published data (comprising text, images, videos) are freely visible by everyone and, therefore, the Owner cannot guarantee the "Privacy" of the same.

Comments and responses on Social Media

The objective of the Social Media services proposed by the Holder in addition to making itself present as another communication channel on the network is to respond to requests received publicly on the pages/channels, forward them to the relevant structures of the same in order to respond in a relevant manner. The response time may vary depending on the type of request.

Risk Warnings.

Users are cautioned to consider with the necessary care whether or not to include personal data, which may reveal, even indirectly, their identity, in their posts. The same caution applies to data considered sensitive. It is also necessary to consider the advisability of publishing audio, photographic and videographic material that would allow people to be identified without having asked them for their consent to the processing of such data.

Attention must also be paid to the possibility of including data in one's postings that may reveal, even indirectly, the identity of third parties. Be warned that data and social postings may be publicly visible and searchable by any network user accessing the site or Social Media, indexed and also findable by general search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.).

Rules of use

The various pages/channels of Rococò Restaurant present on the various Social Media, can be followed freely by all users of the network, without asking any authorization from the Owner; for this reason, Rocococò Restaurant recommends exercising caution about the dissemination of personal (and sensitive) data when using said platforms. The terms of use and Privacy policies applicable to each Social Media are posted on the respective sites and govern the information provided by the user. The Holder does not perform any form of control over the use of personal information disclosed in a public forum, comment area, making the user of the platform solely responsible for any disclosure. The Holder hopes that all participants in social life express their opinions (where possible) with fairness and measure; for this reason, insults and vulgarity will not be tolerated.

The company Rococo Restaurant reserves the right to report to Social Media managers turpiloquy, insults, threats and attitudes that may recall violence.

Privacy and processing of personal data

Please note that the processing of users' personal data will respond to the policies in use on the platforms used. Privacy in Social Media is guaranteed to the extent that the user is aware of how they are using the platform, the service and its potential. It follows that the information generated will actually be shared "voluntarily" by users who therefore, cannot complain about any possible violation of their personal sphere. Article 21 of the Italian Constitution protects the freedom of manifestation of thought, putting in place certain limits. Among these, little respected, is that relating to the reputation of others. When a judgment is made against a user, in fact, it is useful to remember that in the use of "too strong or colorful" expressions the author could be called to answer for the crime of defamation. Everyone has the right to intervene and express his or her free opinion.

Any personal data published by users are processed by Ristorante Rococò in compliance with the regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in accordance with the provisions (with particular reference to the purposes and methods of data processing) in the Privacy Policy published on the website of Ristorante Rococò in the Privacy Policy section, which the user is required to read before the Social Media Policy.

Personal data also are posted spontaneously by users, and the processing of the same by the Holder is carried out solely to carry out said services.
